Position Overview
The Supervisor, Health and Safety will play a key leadership role in developing and implementing a comprehensive Health and Safety Management System at Selkirk Copper’s Minto Mine Site. This is a critical leadership role responsible for fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and company standards. The candidate for this role possesses people-management skills in addition to a high capacity for individual contribution. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required, in addition to a willingness to leverage technology and innovation to build fit-for-purpose solutions for a unique mining environment. This role will be responsible for managing all site paramedics and health and safety staff. This role requires travel to site on a regular basis.

Position Overview
Selkirk Copper is seeking a motivated and experienced Principal Care Paramedic (PCP) to act as a Health and Safety Coordinator to support field operations at the Minto Mine Site in the Yukon Territory. Initially reporting to the Site Supervisor, this position is responsible for delivering pre-hospital emergency medical care and supporting all health and safety activities in accordance with Selkirk Copper policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role is a key safety champion – promoting a proactive safety culture across all site operations and serving as a key member of the Mine Emergency Rescue Team. Title is flexible depending on experience in Health and Safety.

Position Overview
Selkirk Copper Mines is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Vancouver based team as we advance towards and beyond the restart decision of the Minto Mine. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Project Engineer will collaborate closely with external engineering consulting groups responsible for preparing NI 43-101 technical reports, supporting input and assumption validation across a wide range of technical, operating, environmental, social, and capital disciplines, in design reviews, and in alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a multi-disciplinary mindset, operational experience, and a hands-on approach suited to a dynamic restart environment. This position is based in Vancouver, BC, with a preference for candidates able to work primarily from the Vancouver office. Flexible remote working arrangements may be considered for highly qualified applicants, with periodic travel to the Vancouver office for team coordination and project reviews. Frequent site visits will be required throughout the project study phase, with increased site presence anticipated during the transition to ramp-up and construction, currently targeted for the first half of 2028.

The Minto project will be focused on strategic conversion of Inferred to Indicated and Measured resources while creating an exploration target pipeline both near mine and across the regional land package. The 2026 program will be a 4-drill program that will inform a feasibility study in 2027. This role is based around a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off site-based rotation, with possible remote work outside of the field season. The position will primarily involve core logging and management of one drilling rig, but may also encompass fieldwork such as claim staking, geological mapping, and soil sampling.

Position Overview
The Onsite Logistics Specialist is a key member of the Site Services group, responsible for coordinating all logistical functions to support field operations at the Minto Mine Site in the Yukon Territory. Initially reporting to the Director, Business Planning and Site Operations, this position requires strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, initiative, and problem solving. The successful candidate will oversee personnel movements, procurement, inventory management, and special projects to ensure the site is safe, efficient, and well supplied as the project moves into a growth phase.
